Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a small office environment of 5-6 employees and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the staff.
Duties:
-Insurance billing
-Claims tracking
-Patient file accounting
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Supervise staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Onboard and assist in training development for new employees
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Manager or similar role
-Experience training employees
-Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word
- Intermediate skills in Excel or similar spreadsheet system
-Knowledge of medical billing a plus
- Knowledge of medical office administration a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff, clients and insurance companies effectively
- Excellent organizational skills for schedule and calendar management
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
